Swiss Music Week in Armenia took place within 5 - 12 October 2008

Swiss violinist Armene Stakian has formed a group of Swiss prominent musicians who have established in Armenia a new festival under the title 'SWISS MUSIC WEEK IN ARMENIA'. Daniel Fuchs (organ, piano), Rene Zosso (Voice, hurdy-gurdy) and Anne Osnowyzc (Voice, Hungarian citera) are those noble musicians who joined the idea of Armene Stakian (violin) to start a new music project in Armenia to attract attention of Armenian audience to known and unknown Western and Swiss music. This mission of Swiss musicians was supported with enthusiasm by numerous sponsors in Switzerland. On the Festival closing concert of 12th October were present Swiss Parliamentarian delegation and their colleagues from the Armenian National Assembly
